Jenn Panattoni

Founder of Aizle Impact

Jenn’s path in social impact runs from muddy boots in wildlife rehab centers to boardrooms shaping campaigns seen around the world. In the gaming industry, she became known for creating campaigns that challenged the status quo and proved that purpose-led campaigns can be transformative.

At Xbox, she redefined how one of the world’s biggest gaming brands engages with causes, building frameworks and partnerships that continue to shape how the industry approaches impact. Her work has contributed over $250 million in value for nonprofits worldwide, through direct funding, in-kind contributions, and creative campaigns that turned audience passion into support that advanced nonprofit missions. Along the way, she’s been interviewed twice by Forbes, recognized by Special Olympics as a Champion of Inclusion, and contributed to campaigns recognized by the Clios, Cannes Lions, Shorty Awards, PRNEWS, and ESPN’s Corporate Community Impact Awards.

Jenn also serves on the USO’s Global Advisory Council, helping guide the gaming strategy for one of the world’s most trusted nonprofits supporting service members and their families.

She founded Aizle Impact to bring it all together: her lifelong connection to nonprofits, the scale of her corporate experience, and her belief that business impact and social impact can strengthen each other.
